  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another one when your package is shipped (including a tracking number).

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated on our website or social media.

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges (for international orders) are not covered by PERDUPARIS and must be paid by the customer.

5. Tracking Orders

 


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package in real time.

If you haven’t received your tracking number after 5 days, please contact us.

 


 

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

  • PERDUPARIS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly and then notify us at support@perduparis.comwith photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will help you file a claim and find the best possible solution.
